New roof, Bethlehem new build

Straightforward work, and it stayed that way because the dates were agreed at the start and held. We were on and off the site three times: roof on before the wrap went up, spouting once the fascia was fixed, and a final check after the scaffold came down. The builder was not waiting on us at any point, which is worth more on a new build than anything we could say about the roof itself.
