We took the call at half past eight in the evening with water already coming through a bedroom ceiling. On site inside the hour to get a tarp over the section that had lifted. The permanent repair waited on matching material, which took six days to arrive — and nothing came through the ceiling in the meantime, which is the whole point of turning up that night.
